Shipping policy

Here at Hiatus we offer Full UK Wide Shipping. We automatically send a notification of shipping, which will include the courier and tracking number where applicable.

Courier services we currently offer are DPD and ROYAL MAIL both of which we find very reliable. We ship daily Monday to Friday, orders placed up until 11am should ship that same day. Orders placed after 11am on the Friday will be processed wherever possible but may not ship until the Monday. Please bare this in mind when placing your order. This is also Responsible Service - Co2 Neutral (0.8 kg).

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING on ORDERS OVER £80, (UK Mainland only) and this is automatically applied at the online checkout.

DPD is their Next Day Service. This is fully trackable, updated by DPD once shipped so that you can trace your package's journey from door to door. DPD will also give you a 1 hour delivery window.

ROYAL MAIL is a 2-4 day service which is fully trackable, and updated by ROYAL MAIL once shipped so that you can trace your package's journey at each stage.

If you believe have not received your tracking number please first check your junk mail before contacting us, if you have not had an email from us before your email provider might have diverted it to junk mail.
